What is TLD Self-Guided Course
Each segment begins with a comprehensive video where I will be going through each step of the way with you as I share insights into each assessment. You'll feel accompanied every step of the way as I offer personal anecdotes and guidance, making the journey feel like a shared experience.
After each assessment, you will take time for introspection and reflection, allowing the insights to sink in before moving on to the next segment. You will set meaningful goals tailored to your newfound understanding and engage in breathwork practices to deepen your self-awareness.
You will start your journey by completing the Wheel of Life assessment to establish a baseline of where you currently stand in different areas of your life. At the end of the course you will revisit the Wheel of Life to celebrate your progress and growth.
While we are here to be part of the positive encouragement, we will also challenge your limiting beliefs and keep you on track. You will learn new skills to implement your goals and use these new habits to apply to your life and future goals.
You'll become aware of your limiting beliefs, unhealthy patterns and emotions that are not serving you anymore. You learn to let go of old patterns and beliefs, and embrace new powerful ones. I hold you accountable to take actions from that place, in the direction of your goals and dreams. How we do anything is how we do everything.
